Notes for Playing Room/Childcare Use

We’ve got a playing room for kids! Parents can leave their children, so you can fully enjoy the festival. Definitely take advantage of this!

• Qualified staff with certificates will be there all the time, making sure your kids have fun around.However, please acknowledge that we’re not responsible for any troubles and conflicts between kids.

• Kids can come and go as they want. However, parents have responsibilities to keep their eyes on their kids.

• Parents are welcome to hang out with their kids in the space too.

• If any toys are broken, please bring them to one of staff members. Toys are shared property. Please ask your child to handle them carefully.

For parents using the childcare:

• You’ll need to fill out a simple form on the day. Your cooperation is appreciated. (Feel free to write down or tell us anything specific we should be aware of.)

• Please have meals before childcare use if necessary. We won’t be providing food.

• Bring drinks such as tea or water in a mug or a bottle.

• Please write your name on your belongings.

• Bring any essentials such as spare clothes, diapers, wipes, etc.

• If kids have a fever or similar symptoms, we’ll contact parents using the contact you provide or call you through our staff.

• This will be a new place and new people for your child, so it’s normal if they cry when separated from parents. We’ll do our best to keep them happy, but crying is expected. Your understanding is highly appreciated.
